Possibly my favorite song...EVER.

Ok, totally kidding about this being my favorite song, but it makes for a good laugh on a Thursday afternoon! Enjoy!

and pps...rumor has it that he auditioned for the Geico commercials, but didn't make it.

Love you, Katie!

Katie's brother-in-law was in town this weekend, so on Saturday night, we headed over to the bowling alley. While we were waiting for our lane, Katie and I headed for the photo booth...I know I have some weird faces on this pic, but I think Katie's faces were waaaay funnier than mine! Love you, Katie!

Back from Anaheim...already!!

I can't believe I'm already back from Anaheim! It went waaay too fast! After a few delays at the Long Beach airport and a major storm in Utah, we finally made it home at about 3 am Thursday morning! Needless to say, we were all totally worn out and ready for our own beds! Overall, the show went pretty well for us! It was fun walking the show and seeing what other companies were doing and some of their newest products.

One of the sweet features on my new camera is the panoramic feature...you take three pictures and it stitches them all together! It's not quite perfect, but it gets pretty close! Here's an idea of what our booth looked like from beginning to end:

Josh had some fun with the panoramic feature:

Vanna White was also there! Apparently she's the official spokesperson for some yarn company and she has her own yarn line...who knew!

Ashlee and I got some FREE dippin' dots during some down time...talk about an instant brain freeze!

Josh and Bonnie walking back to our hotel after a looooong day!

At Bandera's in Corona Del Mar...soooo good!!

On Saturday night, I was able to meet up with Chandice and her husband Cam and also Leslie and her husband David! We headed over to Downtown Disney and had fun catching up!

The Girls! Julie, Ashlee and I shared a room at the hotel...we definitely had fun at the show! One night, we took a taxi down to the grocery store to get some food, and we walked by the card aisle and I found this card that I thought was funny! I thought the bird was awkwardly cute!

My friend Natalie from school got hired by a scrapbook company two days before the show and was able to come out to Anaheim with them! It's fun having friends in the industry!

It was a fun trip...I think I might need to take another trip down there this summer and enjoy the sunshine and the beach! It was such beautiful weather while we were there, but we were inside all day, so we didn't get to enjoy it too much...so let me know if you want to go on a road trip this summer!!

Why I LOVE Target: Reason #734

Sooo...I love Target. Over Christmas, my camera (which I LOVED) mysteriously disappeared. I have an idea of where it could have gone, but that doesn't matter because it won't change the fact that it's still gone. So tonight, I went to Wal-Mart to get some groceries and conveniently happened to walk by the camera section. Nothing. Nada. No great deals to be had. Feeling kind of sad about the camera situation and knowing that my time to find a camera before heading down to California is limited, I headed over to Target. There were a couple cameras on sale, but not on sale enough to justify the purchase. As I was starting to leave the camera section, I found a Kodak on clearance! I got pretty excited and asked if I could purchase the one on clearance, but of course they were all sold out. The salesman said there was one other option: to sell me the floor model! Already being a great deal, I asked if I'd get more of a discount, to which he replied that I would get an additional 30% off the clearance price! How could I pass THAT up?! Needless to say, I spent the $60 (that's right...I said $60!) and am now the owner, once again, of a camera!

Here's a little sneak peek of my camera:

2 DAYS!

Yay for work trips! Friday night, we're heading to Anaheim for CHA! It's going to be a crazy few days, but I'm excited to escape the cold weather for a few days, enjoy a little sunshine and catch up with some friends! Forecast for the next several days in Orange County: sunny skies and 60 - 70 degrees! Can't complain! I'm thinking I might need a camera for this trip...your thoughts?

Welcome to our doorstep!

Picture on the left: view of handrail when leaving our house. Picture on the right: what you see when you approach our doorstep. What does this equal? Death trap. Pure ice. Disaster waiting to happen! It almost got me last night, but I managed to not go down! I think all my walking-on-ice practice in Rexburg is paying off! Yes, we salt it every day, but the gigantic icicles keep coming back! So, visitors beware...
